Puijon Laturetki - The Puijo Ski Event sat. 13.02.2010

Renewed cross country skiing event in the beautiful and variable ski routes of Kuopio. Different distances to choose from for classic and free style.

Puijon Laturetki is a traditional cross country ski’ing event that takes place on 13th  of February. The Saturday’s schedule is up to you. You can choose either classic or free style and a track from 23 up to 70 kilometres. Uppo-Nalle –teddy bears own track is made for children and families. Along the ski’ing tracks there are several service points that give you warm juice, little something to eat and also help you with the waxing of your skis. When you cross the finish line you get a winter hat and a medal. After ski’ing: who stays for the atmosphere and music, who runs for the sauna and have a dinner? Either way, After Ski Party at the Hotel Iso-Valkeinen will make the day complete! With the admission fee you get more than you ever have in this event!
